What Libertarianism Is

The recently published Hoppe Festschrift, Property, Freedom and Society, contains my chapter What Libertarianism Is. (Footnote 23 also includes a long-ish mini-critique of an aspect of Kevin Carson’s claims that mutualism’s occupancy rules for property ownership are compatible with libertarianism.)
